These Terms explain the rules for using Circled (“we”, “us”, “our”) and become binding as soon as you create an account or access our services. Please review them carefully.

1. Definitions

“Service” refers to the Circled communication platform, including the dashboard, chat, and any companion applications. “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to anyone accessing or using the Service. “Circled”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the Circled team operating the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please discontinue using Circled.

2. Understanding What We Are

Circled is a squad-focused communications hub offering group chat, screenshot galleries, scrim scheduling, and roster coordination. Some content shared by users may link to external sites we do not control. We maintain a separate list of age requirements for specific regions and services; you may only use Circled if you meet the minimum age shown there.

By using Circled you confirm that:

  • You meet the minimum age requirement for your region and have capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • You have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • You will follow our Community Guidelines at all times.
  • You understand that these Terms may change. We will notify you in advance when material updates are published.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for every action taken through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access so we can help secure your profile. Circled is not liable for damages caused by failing to maintain reasonable safeguards around your login information.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these Terms or our policies, if we must comply with legal obligations, or if we determine your use poses risk or harm to the Service, yourself, other users, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the dashboard or contacting support.

5. Community Guidelines

Our Community Guidelines detail the type of content and behavior that is permitted on Circled. They cover harassment, spam, impersonation, and other misuse scenarios. We may update the guidelines as Circled evolves, so please review them regularly. Violations can lead to content removal, feature limits, or account termination.

6. Content

Circled allows you to post text, media, links, and other content (“Content”). You retain ownership of your Content but grant us the rights necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Service. You are solely responsible for what you share and must ensure you have the rights to upload it. Content that violates our guidelines or applicable laws may be removed without notice.

7. Other Linked Websites

The Service may contain links to third-party sites (for example, clips, social media, or tournament resources). Circled does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy statements of any site you visit via Circled.

8. Warranty

Circled is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor are we liable for losses resulting from the use of the Service, including content shared on self-hosted or community-run instances.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. When we do, we will post the revised Terms and effective date on this page, and may also send notifications through email or in-product messaging. Changes typically take effect 30 days after posting. If you continue using Circled after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue the Service by deleting your account.
